Information to Include in Your Email

• Company name and registration number
  
• Primary contact name, email, and phone / WhatsApp
  
• Operation type (Mine / Processing Site / Wash Plant / Broker)
  
• Typical coal products (grade, size, CV range, and location)
  

Documents Required (PDF or clear photos)

1. Company registration (CIPC certificate or equivalent)
   
2. Tax or VAT certificate
   
3. Proof of address (not older than 3 months)
   
4. ID or passport of the authorized company representative
   
5. Bank confirmation letter (business account)
   
6. If a broker: a valid Letter of Authority (LOA) from your supplier or mine
   
7. Site verification documents – photos or coordinates of mine/wash plant/stockyard
   
8. Latest coal analysis or lab report (if available)
   

Seller Approval Process

1. Document Review (24–48 business hours): We verify company and compliance documents.
   
2. Verification Call: A quick 2–5 minute call to confirm identity and coal source.
   
3. Account Activation: Once approved, your seller profile is activated and marked Verified Seller.
   
4. Listing Review: Your first listings are checked for accuracy before going live.
   
5. Ongoing Compliance: Sellers may be asked to provide updated lab reports or letters of authority. Misleading or fake listings will be suspended immediately.
   

Listing Standards

• Accurate product specs: Grade, CV (MJ/kg or kcal/kg), Size (e.g., Peas 10–25mm), Ash %, Moisture %, Sulphur %
  
• Clear quantity details: Available tonnage and monthly supply
  
• Source clarity: Origin/Site Type (Mine / Wash Plant / Stockyard)
  
• Commercial terms: Delivery (EX Mine, FOT, FOB, CIF), indicative price
  
• Washing Status: Washed / ROM / Partially Washed / Blend
  
• Update listings regularly to keep information current
  

Verification Badge

Approved sellers will receive a Verified Seller badge on their listings and profile pages to increase buyer trust.
