We accept applications from active coal mines within South Africa.
Verification Process
1️⃣ Submit Application
Provide your company information and contact details via the “Apply for Verification” form below.
2️⃣ Document Review
We request supporting documentation such as company registration, director identification, proof of operation, and recent production evidence.
3️⃣ Site Verification
A representative from SA Coal will perform an on-site or virtual inspection to confirm your operation and verify production capacity.
4️⃣ Approval & Onboarding
Once approved, your mine or site receives a Verified Seller Badge and is listed on the SA Coal marketplace.
Ongoing Compliance
Verified sellers must maintain operational accuracy and transparency.
We also do a site visit every 3 months to ensure the mine/site is still active.
Any false or misleading information can result in suspension or removal from the platform.
How It Works After Verification
- You manage your own listings (RB1, RB2, RB3, RB4, ROM, Washed, Duff, Peas, etc.) directly through your seller dashboard.
- Buyers can view your available stock, location, and contact details.
- All transactions, logistics, and negotiations are handled directly between the mine/site and the buyer.
- SA Coal monitors listing quality and performance to maintain marketplace trust.
